and totally re-furbished in 2003 was specifically designed with room to

Breakfast is served in a dining room bathed in morning sunshine, thanks
to a beautiful conservatory, and the Bistro is a diners delight.
The cellar - well stocked with a comprehensive selection of fine wines from
around the world - perfectly complements a menu renowned throughout the
region for freshly prepared quality and deliciously creative cuisine.
